Biography
Ariwijo Sufrialdi Situmorang is a graduate of the Faculty of Law, Universitas Katolik Parahyangan, specializing in litigation, criminal law, and civil law. His interest revolves around dispute resolution and criminal law development, which led him to explore legal issues both theoretically and in practice.
His undergraduate thesis examined sentencing guidelines under the new Indonesian Criminal Code (KUHP), strengthening his skills in legal analysis, statutory interpretation, and constructing strategic, solution-oriented legal arguments.
Currently, Ariwijo is a Lawyer Intern at Kartika & Associates Law Firm, focusing on litigation practice. He is frequently involved in case analysis, legal research, drafting legal documents, and assisting in dispute resolution processes. He has also completed the Special Education for the Advocate Profession (PKPA), reflecting his commitment to professional growth.
Beyond academics, Ariwijo also held leadership roles in student organizations at his faculty, enhancing his coordination, communication, and teamwork skills. With an analytical approach, attention to detail, and professionalism, he strives to contribute effectively to resolving legal issues in the best interests of clients.
