Biography

Amelia Agustin earned her Bachelor of Law degree from Universitas Pasundan. She has a particular interest in criminal law, civil law, corporate law, and dispute resolution through both litigation and alternative dispute resolution mechanisms.

Prior to joining Kartika & Associates Law Firm, Amelia completed internships at the House of Representatives of the Republic of Indonesia (DPR RI) and at a Notary & Land Deed Official (PPAT) office. These experiences enhanced her understanding of litigation and non-litigation processes, legislation, legal administration, and the drafting of legal and civil transaction documents.

Her practice includes drafting and reviewing contracts, powers of attorney, legal memoranda, and various corporate documents. She is actively involved in legal research, regulatory analysis, and supporting clients through thorough legal assessment and strategic problem-solving.

With strong skills in legal drafting, research, and communication, Amelia is committed to delivering professional, precise, and solution-oriented legal work while upholding the highest standards of professionalism.
